President/Founder/Webmaster- Lillian Phan

HELLLOOO! :D My name is Lillian and I'm the creator of Vietnamese Club. As president, I am committed to making this club the BEST it can be so that you will greatly benefit from it while having tons of fun. I am Vietnamese with a hint of Chinese. Hobbies of mine include drawing, coloring, painting, shopping, cooking, and eating (of course >;] ). Also, I am a sophomore currently involved in other clubs such as California Scholarship Federation (Director of Activities) and Key Club (Frosh Representative). If you ever have any suggestions or questions, feel free to reach me! I look forward to having you as a member of this new club so JOIN, JOIN, JOIN! Remember, you DO NOT have to be Vietnamese! :)

HI my name is Simon and I'm the Co-president of viet (president of Key Club). I'm chinese but I will devote my time and experience to ensure the success of this club. My hobbies include swimming and playing basketball. I used to be in Track and Waterpolo but not anymore...=o. I'm a Senior in IB and i look forward to college....lol oh and i want to go to UCLA >;]

Secretary- Prudence Tam

Hello! My name's Prudence Tam and I am the Vietnamese Club secretary. I am currently in my sophmore year of high school and I plan on being involved in this newly founded club for as long as I possibly can. I believe Vietnamese Club possesses a tremendous amount of potential and I expect great success from this club in the years ahead. As an officer, I believe that the members of a club play an important role in the success of the club. Because of this belief, I encourage all of you to take part of this club by becoming a member. You should join Vietnamese Club because it is like no other culture club offered at Rowland High School. You will be able to learn about the distinct culture of Vietnam as well as experience it through this club. I am looking forward to a year of many accomplishments, and I hope you will join me in making sure Vietnamese Club succeeds!

Historian- Andy Suh

Hi my name is Andy Suh! Currently I am a senior in Rowland High School. My position is a historian for a Vietnam club. My hobbies include taking photo shoots, looking at art work, watching movies, debating with other, and reading. I am a very open person, love to have fun, and enjoy being around others. I hope to have a great fun this year!

Hello! My name is Katalina Chen and I'm currently a sophomore. I'm also one of the publicity officers for the Vietnamese Club. You should join the Vietnamese Club because it is a great opportunity to learn and discover about Vietnam! Vietnam is a remarkable country in Asia. I hope you join us on this journey of fun and knowledge.

Publicity- Jessica Nguyen

I'm Jessica Nguyen, I'm in 10th grade, and I am publicist for Viet Club. I really think people should join this club because it's really interesting to learn about the Vietnamese culture, history, and the language. And for the people who love Vietnamese food, this club is just right for them! This club will be filled with fun and memorable activities/events for the club members and the club officiers. So that in the next year of school, club members would come back to the club and suggest the club to their friends. Even though this is the first year Viet Club is at Rowland High, I'm determined to help with the club's success. 

Frosh Represenative- Stephan Shan

Hi my name is Stephen Shan I am in 10th grade and I am the Fresh/Soph representative for the Vietnamese club. You should join the Vietnamese club because it is a new club on campus and due to that fact it has new ideas and new officers full of fun ideas! Unlike other club that have been around for 5 or 6 yearswith same ideas and same field trip (to the same places) the Vietnamese club is new and full of new ideas from fresh! new! sexy! officers that have fun activity and new ideas to spread the world, and that is the reason why you should join the Vietnamese club.

Junior Representative- Kevin Jiang

I'm Kevin Jiang, a junior in rowland high class of 2012, VP of herpetology club, and although I am Chinese (cantonese) I take anything I sign my name to very seriously, including my role as junior representative of Vietnamese club. My interests include music,drumline,Star Trek Next Generations,1960-1980s cartoon shows,raising fish,and much more. Personally I like sci-fi/thriller movies like Armageddon starring Bruce Willis,and I am currently trying to deciding between majoring in either Marine Biology,Mechanical Engineering,or Aeronautic Engineering. To sum it all up,I'm your friendly neighborhood nerdlinger.

Senior Representative- Austin Wong

yo im austin(a senior) and i am the senior representative for vietnamese club. apparently, i am chinese and will work hard with all the officers to make the club entertaining and captivating. i was a hurdler in track, but its getting boring, so i will go tryout for tennis. i like to play volleyball, tennis, basketball, badminton, and swim. im a very talkative/sociable person, so if you want to talk, you should know who to find!=](me of course) i want to be a neurosurgeon when i grow up so im looking foward to go to UCSD or something to achieve my goal.
